Attached is a Brigade Resilience, Risk Reduction, and Suicide Prevention (R3SP) SOP I put together a couple of years ago that includes responsibilities and requirements (ARNG specific) as well as suicide, suicide prevention, and Soldier death battle drills.

While this was designed around ARNG requirements, it could be of use to anyone looking to build something similar.
