The Center for Junior Officers (CJO) started when a group of officers came together to help develop each other through novel, emerging technology. While our products have evolved over time, we maintain that passion for development and sense of service to others.
Innovation is at the heart of what we do. A spirit of innovation led to the creation of CJO and it is part of our charter; it is how we create value for the Army. We believe in providing relevant, high-quality content and creating products that meet your needs using the latest leader development tools/techniques.
