That’s a great point Mandi! I know I am one to jump in and solve problems too. It is a struggle sometimes to wait and let others figure out a solution or fumble while trying to figure out the solution. That is especially true when there is a larger problem, which it sounds like you faced. Looking back, do you have any lessons learned or best practices from that previous unit? Would you do the same thing today?
