    There’s an open challenge right now in the Guard that is looking for input on how Soldiers can “get fit and stay fit” through the twists and turns of the military lifestyle. Many Regular Army folks are used to doing PT as a group as the first order of business of the day. Guard and Reserve Soldiers don’t have that same constant and consistent structure for PT. Either way … what about when you eventually get to an assignment or a rank where PT now becomes an individual activity? What about on deployment? How do you balance all of life’s requirements with military requirements and ensure that includes physical fitness?
