It’s May now and the sun is rising earlier in the day, kids are almost done with school for the year, and the days are getting hotter. That means one thing in the military … PCS Season is upon us.

With PCSing comes significant transition, for any unit or team.  While there are many methods to smoothing over these transitional times, one is the Continuity Book.
