Chad – YES! I also create my Continuity Book during my LS/RS of a new job. I’m learning how to do the new job, so I might as well turn my notes into a How-To for someone else. A monthly Calendar reminder is a great idea! I should add that into my battle rhythm. My additions tend to be conditions (not time based) (basically, when I have time to break from the production itself), but even a monthly reminder to add whatever I have “pending” would be an improvement.

Agreed as well that I create my book as a word document. However, I do print mine into a binder with additions (flyers, trackers, examples of products, screenshots of email templates, garrison information).

What are your thoughts on a table of contents, as that article mentions? I have previously found it to be very tedious to keep a table of contents going until right before I PCS and I freeze the contents of the book for the next person to pick up. Curious if / how others have used it.
