For me I’d like to have had credit applied for having been command before the class, so there was not prep for me to do that would have increased my preparation. On another note, I was in the NG and moved to the Reseeve and changed MOS as well, so for me there is no bridge for that.

In addition, the biggest prep is having the desire to have equal training and preference for CCC as active component. We all have the same regulations but different expectations in our views of command but they should be the same and more especially as reserve officers have more outside obligations that day to day active soldiers do not. But the culture mindset is the overall, difficulty to overcome.
