I agree with both of you. Since I took command, I have made a few changes in the company.  More than anything I have added new practices that I wish are kept into effect after I am gone. I want my changes to be remember ” oh yes CPT Correa implemented that.” I don’t want to be remember because in my absence there is a gap or a negative impact. I think the best way to minimized that is making sure the person replacing you is up to speed with everything you have done and how the changes made have created a positive impact.
