I am 100% with you. I remember that in one of my old units the morale of the Soldiers and the overall performance of the unit was bad. After a few years new leadership started to implement ways to reach out to the Soldiers to recognized and praised their efforts. The morale of that unit now is completely different from what it was. Leaders can influence in a positive or negative way, is important to pause and recognize our team and make sure they know we appreciate them for what they do every day.
