1. Hey Everyone,

I am an Operations Officer in a Combat Sustainment Support Battalion in the USAR. Our unit is just being stood up and the staff is completely new to MDMP. I just switched from Active Duty to the USAR and am having some difficulties when it comes to Staff Planning. We have Annual Training coming up shortly, but because the majority of the staff is ADOS or working civilian jobs, we are struggling to find a rhythm when it comes to MDMP. None of our primary staff (AGR folk) have arrived at the unit yet, so it’s falling upon us TPU to plan.

How have you worked through the challenges of having staff plan during BA weekends only? Did you implement something outside of work hours? How can I get the staff into sync when our BN XO slot has yet to be filled?
