The Army Training Network (ATN) had articles covering the Small Unit Leader Tool.  To my surprise, this includes allowing  individual Soldiers to access their DTMS record without a CAC!  Soldiers will need to update their AKO password but can otherwise see what their current APFT / ACFT / Height Weight.  There are also tools for small unit leaders to update and manage their subordinates records.  Please see attached document with the agenda below.
