Great. Another easy win is recognizing family members for their efforts and celebrating good stuff together. I recommend publicly recognize your volunteers, newcomers and significant family events (marriages, newborns) at FRG events/meetings. In my companies, we ordered small gifts with the company logo for recognizing family members.

newborns – small baby onesie shirt
volunteers – coffee mug with “thanks a Latte” on the back
newcomers – small magnet for fridge
marriages – names of the bride/groom and date (only personalized item)
