Great philosophy and methodology to adapt to change conditions while in command.  My command philosophy remained in stone and actually came to my defense several times when having to enforce standards.  I recommend adding your philosophy to a welcome packet for every new Soldier to your organization.  This helped me when I was not around to greet new members to my Troop upon arrival.
