A book I love to talk to people about is called “<span id=”productTitle” class=”a-size-large”>The Generals: American Military Command from World War II to Today.” Just as the title states it talks about the major leaders and their personalities, leadership styles and trials/tribulations. I thought it was a fascinating look at how the officer corps and the general officers in particular have changed through our different combat operations. Some of them give you good leadership tips to put in your toolkit, others provide mistakes for you to learn from and make sure you don’t do.</span>
