If you are going Field Artillery.  If you want to be close to the main bar (Scooter’s) Ross Estates is a good option.  If you want a nicer area and away from Lawton, Kensington Rental Estates in Elgin is a good option.  I haven’t been there since 2014/15 so I am not sure what they have built since then, but those were the two places I lived between FABOLC and FACCC and had zero issues.

There are definitely places to avoid in the Lawton area, so pay attention to the guys that have been there for a while/leadership.
