I’ve learned that morale is among the most important aspects of Company leadership.  You are responsible for keeping your Company’s morale up and your role as a leader is essential.  So, I’ve done the usual things, such as, BBQs, ruck march, activities, games, sports, coins, stickers, sensing sessions, and our leadership even ordered shaker bottles with the Company’s Name and Unit Patch.  Yes, they worked and the Soldiers seem to have enjoyed them, but I’m curious about other items/events that might be fun.  So, for the sake of the discussion, what interesting/off-the-wall type morale activities have you done?  Did they work?  Share your successes and, well, less-than-successes if you like.
