I have always thought of Command Philosophies as more than just a Memo on the wall. For me, during my command I have always used my command philosophy as a guide and azimuth for me as a commander and as a leader. My thoughts as a commander is at the end of the day; Did you live up to your Command Philosophy?

I am attaching my command philosophy and I always appreciate feedback and comments on it. My philosophy is a living and breathing document and changes as I gain more guidance and reflection. I hope this helps.
