Following completion of company command, I started a humble blog aimed toward military leader development: http://www.3x5leadership.com.

I am currently working on / publishing a 12-part “Company Command Series” oriented on sharing specific lessons from my experience and certain “how to” methods for different systems (training management, policy letters, additional duties, etc.).

It is not an all-inclusive “how to do command,” but just another option of resources for current and future commanders. I just hope it can help a few others that are looking for recommendations.
