Hello everyone!  I’m Chad Plenge and am very excited to be a part of this community.

I served 18 months as a law enforcement/honor guard PL in Germany.  My other assignments include multiple stints as a BN S2/S3 and also as a HHD Commander for CID.  So many people aided my development as a leader and I am very passionate about sharing what I’ve learned.

Being a PL is an incredible and developmental opportunity.  Your PL experience and performance in that position can significantly shape your military career.  Learning to navigate the leadership challenge, managing competing priorities, and figuring out how to accomplish the mission can be difficult, but also very rewarding.  This forum is a great resource to find best practices, learn from each other’s mistakes, share ideas, and get feedback on whatever questions you have.
