I’m attaching our forward support company’s UMO SOP. Its just a company level SOP, but it may be a good starting point for what you need. I’d draft up a list of the tasks your going to standardize in the SOP and then brief it to the officer who tasked you to make the SOP. Then type up everything your going to standardize. Have a buddy review it and then submit it to the assigning officer as a draft. If he/she approves it, It’ll move on to the approval authority. I hope this helps you out.
