<p class=”MsoNormal”>Good morning.</p>
<p class=”MsoNormal”> I am taking command of a distribution company within the next 30 days. In my initial conversations with the current command, it seems there is an issue providing training to the 92-series Soldiers in the company.</p>
<p class=”MsoNormal”>While the company has the personnel, it is not set up to be a functional SSA, so Soldiers don’t have the assets, space, or opportunity to train on their MOS.</p>
<p class=”MsoNormal”> If anyone’s encountered this type of problem and has any suggestions on how to provide adequate, effective training to Soldiers, I’d welcome it.</p>
