Good morning.
I am taking command of a distribution company within the next 30 days. In my initial conversations with the current command, it seems there is an issue providing training to the 92-series Soldiers in the company.

While the company has the personnel, it is not set up to be a functional SSA, so Soldiers don’t have the assets, space, or opportunity to train on their MOS.

If anyone’s encountered this type of problem and has any suggestions on how to provide adequate, effective training to Soldiers, I’d welcome it.
