I am a recently commissioned 2LT and I am on my first assignment as a Company XO in advanced camp at Ft. Know prior to attending BOLC.  I am looking in general for what I am expected to do on a daily basis as far as planning? Coming from a school with around thirty cadets rather than the 160 I am now responsible for does not give me adequate experience to feel confident yet in this new position.  Thus far it has been a great learning experience, but I am looking for any information that will allow me to better the training of the Cadets and help the company run more smoothly.  Any ideas are welcome and I do appreciate them.
