  • I’ve been told that there is a lot that new lieutenants will need to know when they get to their first unit that won’t necessarily be taught during BOLC or other schools. The context in which I have heard this is in reference to the admin work that officers must do. What are some DA Forms or other documents that would be good to be familiar with and/or read about? And if there are any other topics that would be worth researching for self-development I would appreciate hearing about those too.
