After only 6 months of PL time, I’ve been moved to company XO. However, I am also currently waiting to hear back from HRC with their decision on my MAR2 board which could mean that I will PCS within the next couple of months. Even if I wind up leaving the unit in the very near future, I still want to perform well as XO and help set my unit up for success especially since they will be going to NTC and deploying this fall. The current XO is on leave, and I was hoping to see if anyone on here has any guidance or knows where I can go to do some self-study so I have less of a learning curve when she returns from leave. I’d appreciate any help I can get, thanks.
