    I do not believe there are different branch-dependent leadership styles, however I do believe that one must attend to the different needs of their respective branch. If one has sound judgment, communicates well, combined with a will to get results, that leadership will succeed in the Army. The difference comes when we look at the type of unit the soldier is in, and how he or she must attend to the specifics of that branch. Certain forms of power, reward, or punishment may work in the Infantry but may not be as effective in the Transportation Corps. Ultimately, an Army leader with a leadership style that parallels the ALRM will be able to lead a multitude of different MOS.
