Evening,

So without going into the weeds and remaining short, I just got named the forward HHC commander for a deployment late this fall. I’ve been in a command job for 7 months and am basically being switched to this company for a lack of talent to fill the job. I could really use some advice on taking an HHC downrange and if anyone else went through a command switch similar to this. I’m not concerned about the OER but there’s going to be a few options on how to handle this and I want it to look as smooth as possible. Thanks in advance.
