Jeff,

If I could go back one year and change the way I approached this very same question, I would:

(1) Improve: Make the discussion clear and concise about expectations, but leave a lot of room for dialogue

(2) Improve: Not go in to eager (personal eagerness is fine), but don’t broadcast everything you are looking to change to meet your vision

(3) Sustain: Meet with the company as a whole, and then doing to breakout groups (one with E4 and below and one with E5 and E6, and one with PLT/Company leadership.

(4) Sustain: Create a product that consolidates all your thoughts into one concise presentation (feel free to display, or just use as a briefing tool)
