Hello everyone,

Quick question: does anyone have on hand an effective method for doling out battalion staff duty shifts to LTs, so as to not double tap them for weekends and holidays repeatedly?

Context: we have around 34 LTs in our battalion. Our S1 is relatively new, and had just made a list of everyone alphabetically and threw them on a calendar accordingly. Our gunnery shifted staff duty and a few folks got weekends two months in a row. They reacted accordingly, and here I sit asking for help for my S1.
