You bring up a good point about Internet Explorer.

If the page isn’t rendering appropriately in Internet Explorer, press the “F12” button and a sub-page will appear at the bottom of the page.  In the top-right-hand corner of that sub-page, you will see a small icon that looks like a computer monitor/smartphone.  Click on that icon and it will show a list of “versions” of IE that can be used to render the page.  The best option to choose is “10” but if 10 is not available, choose the highest number available.  You may see a choice for “Edge” but I don’t recommend that one.
