The book outlines principles to the Navy SEAL style of leadership through combat examples from Ramadi, Iraq, then explains the principle, and ends with how it applies to business.  This book will be helpful for a new Platoon Leader to truly understand the importance of “responsible for everything the platoon does or fails to do”.  If a Platoon Leader could re-create the culture these SEALs describe, they will be truly successful.
