First question: yes, having a focus during an “ORB scrub” of what your eMILPO looks like would be very helpful.

Second question: maybe / it should. The first and biggest push for IPPS-A was to ensure that things related to finances (what you get paid / what’s listed on your LES) came first on the SRB (around 2015 or 16). As the IPPSA designers work to align it more and more, than yes, eMILPO will feed your SRB (because eMILPO data will be fed into IPPSA…until IPPSA becomes the primary system and replaces eMILPO).

As far as the difference between eORB and SRB, there is currently one more database (that is, one more layer) to produce the SRB, so there will probably be discrepancies between the two. But as both are populated from data in eMILPO, they should be very similar.
