Sweet! Being an XO for an ICTC will be pretty exciting. I’m sure you’ll have a lot of great lessons learned and opportunities to master your understanding of property management. I’d try and get your hands on some property management trackers. Spreadsheet format works well. If you’d like mine from when I was an XO, I can see if I can dig it up. It will be a little different. I was an XO of a maintenance company (as a TC officer).
