My roommate back at the Academy did Sandhurst CLDT and he said it was tough but he enjoyed it. From the sounds of it, he did a lot more rucking (at one point the water in his camel back had frozen over) and tea drinking (the formation would actually take a tactical pause to break out the thermos) than expected. However, he also got to enjoy the culture and history aspect of it as well. He showed me pictures of one of their marches that took them through some old WWII bunkers. I would say go for it.
