Charlie: What do you think soldiers thought of their leadership at this point in the war? Why?
Soldiers have lost their faith in their leaderships ability to effectively acknowledge the ability of the enemy and the way they where fighting. Brigades would maneuver into to traps and would be defeated and left to only figure out how they would make it out alive. It was clear to the soldiers on the ground that where inflicting heavy casualties that their tactics and maneuver would not be effective against the CFF. With their command team not adapting to the change in tactics soldiers knew they could no longer when the battles they faced. The widespread knowledge of the fact that the support and change they needed was not being conducted caused soldiers to lose all faith in their leadership and became more of mission of survival then soldiers wanting to follow orders. The psychological effect of massive losses and knowing your brothers where sent into ambush after ambush changes the way orders will be followed and into how will I survive this.
