Looking at the options again, it strikes me that the issues “Overload of Training Requirements,” “Resourcing Difficulties,” and “Technical and Tactical Mastery” are all related to prioritization – a key task as a leader, and in life in general. We never have as many resources (time, money, etc.) as we’d like, so we must develop sound priorities. There is not a “one-size fits all” answer – each situation is unique – so this is where leadership is put to the test.
