Hi I’m a new LT at IBOLC who is having trouble getting my O1E pay. I have 9 years of prior active service in another branch of the military.  Finance is saying they need my original enlistment contract.  I’ve contacted the marines requesting my OMPF and it has been over two months with no luck.  I’ve read the AR and DOD reg on o1E pay and I don’t understand why my DD214 and retirement points worksheet isn’t good enough.  Can anyone shed light on why finance is demanding so much stuff from me?  I would greatly appreciate any guidance or help.
