I know most folks took the JKO training and it likely fell off your plates in the new year, but here’s a presentation I made for my ROTC Cadets.  It’s cut from a few different JKO classes and some of the other official resources and applicable to anyone.

Any Cadets out there, take a look at the presentation because if you contracted before 1 JAN2018, you can still opt-in/keep the legacy system once you commission.  It is not going to be a priority for anyone’s COC probably starting 38 days ago (and definitely not in years form now when you commission) so make sure to take care of yourselves and any of your people that aren’t up to speed on the intricacies of it all.
