Today I was asked for input on my unit’s Professional Reading List. Passed around to all leadership, it was about 5 pages of book titles, authors, and descriptions that senior leaders in the unit felt assisted with professional development of leadership and tactical competence in the unit’s mission. My question is this: What movie would you put on a Professional Watching List? What films inspire or challenge you? Make you see a concept from a new perspective? Gave you insight into your job? Why? How? Has that changed from the beginning of your career until now?
