As part of the preparation for command series, officers were asking if attending the CCFSC or Pre-Command Course worth it.  I attended the course about five months into command. For the most part, I’m glad I attended the course as they provided installation specific information which, seems to change over time (ranges, clinics etc).  Meeting and fostering relationships with the behavioral health team, performance enhancement team, among others were critical.
