1. Was your CCFSCC  / PCC worth attending?

Yes, the real value was meeting current Commanders and 1SGs. I learned more from just talking to others who had been in the seat longer than I had. You do not know what you do not know until you start talking to your peers. It is also a great way to meet people outside of your MOS. Everyone faces leadership challenges and it is always good to get different perspectives.

Secondly, it was good for learning about post specific agencies. You could survive without it, but it does not hurt.

2. What was the most important thing you learned?

I learned a lot more about legal. It was all stuff my 1SG knew from being in the seat for a year, but I was still ignorant about. I was able to ask questions and get answers to problems I saw coming down the pipe for my Troop.
