Teammates,

As a I close out my company command and I prepare for future opportunities a couple questions started bouncing around my little brain, and perhaps there is someone who can help my answer my rather eclectic questions:

1)  I recently applied for a broadening opportunity, and while broadening opportunities are often seen as detours from the standard career track is it possible to hone one’s leadership, and skills while in a broadening opportunity?

2)  Does anyone have a broadening opportunity that they have recent experience with?

3)  My other eclectic question:  What role does humor play in effective leadership, if any?
