I will be meeting with Mr. Stephen Krivitsky from the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) this upcoming Monday, 23 April to discuss OBJ-T. I would like to open the forum to questions about OBJ-T you wish to ask. I will select 2-3 to field to Mr. Krivitsky for his expertise.

Mr. Krivitsky is one of the minds behind implementing  OBJ-T throughout the formation as well as creating the Integrated Weapon Training Strategy (IWTS) and is extremely well educated on both subjects. He usually teaches much larger classes in shorter time spans with the Captains from the MCCC.

I have attached the read-ahead material he has provided, and look forward to any questions. I encourage a look at the powerpoint decks which detail how the Army views qualification, specifically changes to Rifle qualifications.
