Company Level Execution / Synch Matrix

I started using this for drills and operations and have had some pretty decent feedback. Please feel free to add any you might have.

It's a pretty basic execution matrix for a company level. It's color coded so Joe can read and understand it. It's also designed so that in this day and age of smart phones and tablets, it can be viewed easily from any device.
