Knowledge Management of Human Resources for a JRTC DATE rotation
Calling all current / former Staff Officers:
I'm the S1 in a Cavalry Squadron who recently deployed to JRTC for a DATE rotation. I put together some thoughts (that I've attached below) on the experience and reflections afterward, specifically about knowledge management within the S1 shop. I'm curious to hear anyone else's experiences or reflections on the use of knowledge management within their sections, as well as experiences at a DATE rotation. Would appreciate any feedback!
