Yes, I would say that I use “it can be done.” I use this one mainly because I am just now starting my Army career and I am given different task to complete, most are simple, but I am clueless on most. I usually have to google, talk to a superior or a peer, etc. to help navigate me to point where I know I can finish the task on my own. There are times where I feel like I am going around in circles to accomplish my task so I take a breather, walk away, and come back to my task and remind myself that it can be done.

To generate a better work environment for those that I will lead I would choose rule 2, “get mad, then get over it.” I choose this rule for the fact that we all get upset over unforeseeable mishaps. In our profession I am sure we all will have many mishaps that we can not control and those will make our jobs just a bit harder. Instead of staying angry at the situation just get over it and find another avenue to complete your task.
