Valuable counseling needs to have concrete details on what one did, where one stands, and how one can improve. Three PSG’s and 13 Squad Leaders have said that they really appreciated the ones I used, which were consolidated from a mix of sources. In addition to the attached documents, I typed up a simple Word doc with a few of my priorities / philosophies (i.e. training priorities / leadership philosophy).
