When CPT Moray was first introduced I think he seemed like a fine officer. He did not have much interaction with the lieutenants and therefore did not do anything extremely right or wrong.  I liked the fact that he came off friendly and down for negotiation. LT McDonough seemed to think the CPT would be easy to take advantage of in a way, and I don’t think he had enough information to make that judgement. CPT Moray did not show up and start shaking the boat, he respected that other officers had been there and new what they were doing, and from that he was trusting of them and their roles. Based on what we have been learning about in class regarding first impressions I think CPT Moray’s was a fine one.
