What are some good ways to inspire a unit with low moral to work better as a unit as well as individually.

I understand this will probably be very unit and branch dependent, but what are some common mistakes LT’s make when creating a PT plan? In your experience, what percentage of the time is spent lifting, doing calisthenics, and running?
