Thanks Michael. My apologies that I am about 2 years late on the response. I had a great Company Command. I will tell you that listening to my soldiers and having their input goes along way. I also adjusted my priorities such as I made my FRG number 2 or number 3 just below the Army’s Readiness standards. I have had a lot of cooperation from the Soldiers and I have heard from many of my leaders that the Soldiers admired my style of commanding, but believe me I have had some hard times no doubt such as trying to get ready for AT LOL. I am now in a SPO position with the BN and learning what to do as a SPO.
